Grand Central sells Grand Chancellor
HOTEL Grand Central has agreed to sell its full stake in Hotel Grand Chancellor at 3 Belilios Road in Little India to an unnamed party for $248 million. The buyer has already paid $18.6 million, with the completion date expected to be Jan 15 next year.
