A DIAGNOSIS of a serious medical condition is bound to cause dismay.
But AIA Singapore hopes to alleviate some of that distress. It has launched a personal medical case management service (PMCM) that essentially holds a client's hand and works to ensure the right diagnosis and access to optimal treatment.
