CUSTOMER satisfaction rose in the second quarter for taxi services, public buses and budget airlines, according to the latest Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore (CSISG) report.
The land transport sector - which covers taxis, transport booking apps, public buses and the MRT system - scored 67.8 points, up nearly one point from the same period last year.
