THE Givaudan Perfumery School in Singapore - its first outside of France - is part of efforts in the city-state to develop deep skill-sets in many areas and to create alternative pathways to success.
Said Beh Swan Gin, chairman of the Economic Development Board (EDB), at the opening of Givaudan's Creative Centre and Production Hub on Wednesday: "These will nurture aspiring fragrance artisans and create very unique jobs and career opportunities for Singaporeans and people in this region related to the creation and evaluation of fragrances.
