SINGAPORE'S newest insurer, FWD, is grabbing attention in the competitive motor insurance market with the novel offer of lifetime protection of NCD or no-claim discount - at no charge.
Direct online insurer FWD Singapore, part of Hong Kong tycoon Richard Li's Pacific Century Group, promises to protect a driver's 50 per cent NCD, even if they have multiple accidents and/or claims in a year.
