AT first glance, Miguel Díez Ferreira would seem to make an ideal customer for Netflix.
Mr Díez Ferreira, 44, got hooked on House of Cards, the popular political drama starring Kevin Spacey, while living in Miami and San Francisco. After moving to Madrid, Mr Díez Ferreira's family still favours American movies and television shows over local Spanish content, mostly so that his three-year-old daughter can practise her English.
