NTUC Income on Thursday launched a life insurance portal and a digital adviser channel, giving digitally savvy consumers the opportunity to transact entirely online.
The insurance cooperative has put 18 savings and protection plans on the portal, called Online Life (lifeinsurance.income.com.sg). This selection comprises Income's most popular products; they account for about 75 per cent of Income's life insurance transaction volume.
