BASEL-BASED Roche Diagnostics on Monday launched in Singapore its new and expanded Asia-Pacific headquarters as well as a regional centre of excellence.
The S$8.4 million investment in the facility located at the Aperia in Kallang is expected to help the Swiss drug giant's diagnostics arm provide better service across the entire healthcare space.
The new centre houses a state-of-the-art training centre featuring the latest systems across all diagnostics areas as well as a new second line technical support centre for customers in the region.
Roche Diagnostics is one of the top companies in in vitro diagnostics where tests are performed on patients' tissue samples, blood or other fluids to detect major diseases including cancer and infectious diseases.
