THE Republic has just become a new hot spot in the global escalating war of food delivery apps.
London-based food delivery startup Deliveroo - fresh from being served US$275 million in Series E funding - will launch in Singapore a new "remote kitchen" initiative named RooBox. Tristan Torres, general manager for Deliveroo Singapore, described it as a gamechanger for food delivery.
