CASHBACK or travel credit cards? One study tries to put the question to rest as it found that the best cashback credit cards here reap 30 per cent more in rewards for the average Singaporean than the best miles cards.
In its analysis of 31 popular travel and cashback credit cards, personal finance site ValuePenguin assumed an average credit card spend of around S$2,000 monthly, spread over categories such as travel, dining and groceries. These include credit cards such as the UOB One card, POSB Everyday card, Citibank PremierMiles card and DBS Altitude card.
