[BENGALURU] Swiss duty free retailer Dufry said on Tuesday its average monthly cash burn was 45.7 million Swiss francs (S$65.9 million) for the second half, close to its worst case scenario forecast of about 60 million Swiss francs in November last year.

The Basel-based company, which operates in 65 countries with more than 2,400 shops, reported a 2020 turnover of 2.56 billion Swiss francs, a decline of 71.1 per cent from a year ago - slightly bigger than its 70 per cent drop forecast, as coronavirus-led international travel curbs hit its retail operations.
