Vice-president of Asian Sponsorship Association sees growth potential for Asia


WHEN it comes to marketing a sport event to a potential sponsor, it is a buyer's market, given the sheer number of events in Singapore now.

Ben Flint, the vice-president of the Asian Sponsorship Association (ASA), told The Business Times recently: "Brands are truly spoilt for choice right now; there are so many opportunities for them to pick from.

"The downside for event-rights holders, however, is that they might have a tougher job finding a sponsor."
