UNIQLO will open its first global flagship store in Singapore, which will also be the first in South-east Asia, in the second half of this year.
While some other retailers are cutting back on costs and shelving expansion plans amid a slowing economy, Uniqlo will open a 2,700 square metre store in Orchard Central mall that will create over 300 jobs.
