VERIZON Communications Inc agreed to buy Vessel, the closely held video startup led by former Hulu LLC chief Jason Kilar, giving it another tool as it mounts a challenge in the mobile-advertising market.
Terms of the deal weren't disclosed, according to a statement on Wednesday.
