THERE is a wine and whisky fair going on in the heart of town and visitors can expect to find some new promising brands. 1855 The Bottle Shop (1855 TBS) is presenting the first edition of its Wine & Whisky Week (WWW), Singa-pore's first event with a dual focus on wines and whiskies at the fair.
