Cordlife in talks for potential acquisitions, divestments and JVs
CORDLIFE Group is currently in discussions with various parties on opportunities relating to acquisitions, divestments and joint ventures.
These opportunities are at various stages, the group said in response to an exchange query on unusual trading activity surrounding its shares.
Cordlife's shares ended trading 10 cents or 8 per cent higher at S$1.32 on Wednesday amid heavy trading, prompting the query by the exchange shortly after market close.
"The company constantly explores and reviews corporate development opportunities which are in line with its corporate growth strategy," said Cordlife. "No definitive agreements have been signed at this time and there is no certainty that any of them will materialise."
The firm added that it will keep shareholders informed if there are any material developments.
