Cordlife sets up S$500m multi-currency debt-issuance programme
CORDLIFE Group Limited has set up a S$500 million multi-currency debt-issuance programme, it said on Tuesday.
The net proceeds from this will be used for Cordlife's "general corporate purposes", the group said. This includes the financing of potential acquisitions, strategic expansions, general working capital, capital expenditure and the group's investments, among other things.
Approval in-principle has been received from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited for the establishment of the programme and an application will be made for the listing and quotation of the securities.
