Cordlife's COO retires as executive director

CORDLIFE Group on Friday announced that group chief operating officer (COO) Tan Poh Lan has retired as an executive director of the company.
She "did not seek for re-election" during the company's AGM (annual general meeting) held on Friday.
Ms Tan will remain as group COO of Cordlife.
Cordlife shares lost one Singapore cent to close at S$1.14 on Friday.
