THE newly named group chief operating officer (COO) of cord blood storage firm Cordlife Group has also been appointed an executive director, it said in a Singapore Exchange filing Wednesday morning.
Both of Tan Poh Lan's appointments took effect on Tuesday, it added.
It had announced Ms Tan's appointment as group COO on Tuesday without mention of the executive director role, in a bourse filing that had said she would "work closely with the board".
Ms Tan's previous positions include having been chief executive officer (CEO) of Fortis Healthcare Singapore; CEO of Vinmec International Hospital in Vietnam; CEO of Gleneagles Hospital; and CEO of East Shore Hospital.
