CORDLIFE Group's net profit for the third quarter ended March rose 24.4 per cent from $1.2 million to $1.5 million. Revenue rose 64 per cent from $7.2 million to $11.8 million.
The rise in revenue was mainly due to an increase in the number of client deliveries, said the healthcare company in the mother and child segment, and was contributed from the group's Philippines and Indian subsidiaries and Indonesian assets which the group acquired in June last year. Earnings per share for the quarter was 0.57 cents, compared with 0.53 cents previously.
