SEMBCORP Industries (SCI) on Monday announced that wholly owned subsidiary Sembcorp Utilities (SCU) has completed the acquisition of the remaining 30 per cent interest in Sembcorp Gas for S$12.1 million. The transaction is not expected to have a material impact on the earnings per share and net asset value per SCI share for the year ending Dec 31.
