LESS than one-fifth of the 15,000-odd "Old Noble" shareholders registered with the appointee trustee have completed all the steps needed to get their shares in new unlisted entity Noble Group Holdings. Still, more than 75 per cent of New Noble shares that the shareholders are entitled to have been successfully allocated.
