MindChamps PreSchool
THE pre-school operator on Thursday said it has sold a Toa Payoh centre on a turnkey basis to Iconic Investment for S$5.1 million. Its wholly owned subsidiary MindChamps PreSchool Singapore completed a share purchase agreement with Iconic Investment for all the shares of the target company, MindChamps PreSchool @ TPY Pte Limited.

ALLIANCE Healthcare Group on Thursday said it is one of two successful applicants which has been awarded a contract via a public tender to provide managed healthcare solutions to 38 companies, including major healthcare institutions such as Changi General Hospital, KK Women's and Children's Hospital, Singapore General Hospital and National Health Group Polyclinics.
Alliance Healthcare expects to deliver outpatient medical and/or dental clinic services to more than 80,000 individuals for a period of two years until December 2021.
The agreement may be extended at the option of the agent for another year.
Creative Technology
CREATIVE Technology will be launching its new Super X-Fi Gen2, an improved version of the Super X-Fi audio profile which caused its stock price to spike in 2018, at consumer technologies trade show CES 2020 from Jan 7-10. In addition, Creative will be giving a preview of its upcoming USB gaming headset, SXFI GAMER, which is also based on the Super X-Fi Headphone Holography.
SXFI GAMER is tentatively scheduled for launch in the second quarter of 2020.
