OFFSHORE support vessel builder Nam Cheong's direct subsidiary has acquired a 49 per cent equity interest in Malaysian oil and gas company SK Hull at the cost of RM49,000 (S$16,060), the mainboard-listed company said in a regulatory filing.
Its subsidiary Nam Cheong Dockyard bought all shares issued in SK Hull from Jonathan Leong, the son of Nam Cheong's CEO Leong Seng Keat.
