LIPPO Malls Indonesia Retail Trust (LMIRT) will be extending the closure of its 23 retail malls and seven retail spaces in Indonesia until May 13, in respect of the large-scale social restrictions imposed by Indonesia's health ministry. During this closure period, the trust will not be collecting rent from its tenants, LMIRT's manager said in a regulatory update on Monday.

The temporary closure may be further extended depending on measures taken by the local authorities regarding the spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia.
