Wing Tai Holdings

PROPERTY developer Wing Tai Holdings Limited has set up a new fund management unit to look into investment opportunities. It has appointed real estate veteran Chua Choy Soon as managing director of the new wholly owned unit WT Fund Management Pte Ltd, which will focus on investments in the Asia-Pacific. The Wing Tai group will also commit equity alongside institutional investors.

Mr Chua was previously with SEB Investment GmbH in Frankfurt and GIC Real Estate, both in the US as well as in Europe.
