Starhill Global Reit

STARHILL Global Reit has again secured a three-year tenancy for two of its malls in Kuala Lumpur. The master tenancy agreements for Starhill Gallery and Lot 10 Property are to commence on June 28. Total annual rent for the third three-year term is at RM84.4 million (S$28 million), which will represent approximately 6.67 per cent above the annual rent in the previous three-year term.
