STRACO Corporation on Tuesday posted a 4-per-cent dip in first quarter earnings to S$8.34 million, on the back of a sales tax on ticket revenue to the Shanghai Ocean Aquarium.

Meanwhile, revenue was up 5.1 per cent year-on-year to S$26.4 million, attributable to increased number of visitors to the firm's attractions.
