Add BT as a preferred sourceStraits Times Index
JARDINE Matheson Holdings (JMH) will be added to the Straits Times Index (STI), while Sembcorp Marine will be removed, said FTSE Russell on Thursday. The changes will be applied after the close of business on September 16 and will be effective on September 19. The next review will take place on Dec 1.
"The STI reserve list, comprising the five highest ranking non-constituents of the STI by market capitalisation, will be (in order of size) Mapletree Commercial Trust, Suntec Reit, Keppel Reit, Mapletree Industrial Trust and Singapore Post Ltd," added FTSE Russell in a press release.
