Citic Envirotech
A CONSORTIUM comprising Citic Envirotech, Guangdong Keying Zhiran Environmental Co and Zhongsheng Technology (Jiangsu) Co has clinched a 3.2 billion yuan (S$659.5 million) public-private-partnership infrastructure project in Shantou Chaonan in China's Guangdong province. The three partners will incorporate a joint venture with 600 million yuan of capital to undertake the project. Citic Envirotech will hold 51 per cent of the joint venture.
