SINGHAIYI Group said on Wednesday that the company will not proceed to exercise the conditional right of first refusal granted by Haiyi Holdings to transfer the 500 million shares in the capital of OKH Global at a consideration price of S$0.10 apiece.

The conditional right of first refusal lapsed on April 4, 2017, and ceased to be valid and binding, and will have no further effect on the company.
