CERTAIN substantial shareholders of steel mesh manufacturer BRC Asia Limited have received unsolicited offers that might or might not lead to an acquisition of the company's shares. In an exchange filing on Tuesday, the group said: "The discussions are preliminary in nature and there is no certainty that these discussions will result in any transaction."
