GERMAN shipping group Rickmers, sponsor of failed container shipping trust Rickmers Maritime, filed for bankruptcy on Thursday after HSH Nordbank rejected an offer to swap its debt for equity. Rickmers Maritime itself is being wound up.

OKH Global

PROPERTY developer OKH Global said on Thursday that its subsidiaries have entered into a settlement agreement with Weston Global Realty Pte Ltd and KTNC Real Estate Consultants. In April, Weston and KTNC tried to claim from OKH Buroh and OKH Loyang more than S$4.5 million.
