Ascendas India Trust

ASCENDAS India Trust has completed the acquisition of aVance 3, a multi-tenanted IT building, for 2.94 billion rupees (S$63 million) from Phoenix Infocity. aVance 3 is in aVance Business Hub in Hyderabad. Last week, the trust reported a 19 per cent increase in Q1 distribution per unit to 1.37 cents, on higher property income.
