CREATIVE Technology's wholly owned subsidiary, ZiiLabs, has filed a patent infringement lawsuit in the United States against tech company Nvidia Corporation, according to an announcement on Tuesday. ZiiLabs Inc's patent portfolio includes patents in the graphics, processor and 3D spaces. Four of these patents have been asserted in the lawsuit, in which ZiiLabs is claiming damages for.
