SUNMOON Food Co is changing its auditor to Ernst & Young (EY) from RT, citing the desire to obtain fresh perspectives, to support its larger geographical presence and to improve reporting efficiency. SunMoon, a supplier of fruit products and fresh fruits, will convene a shareholders' meeting to seek approval for the change of auditor.
