Casa Holdings
HOME appliance maker Casa Holdings said it has entered into sale and purchase agreements with its substantial shareholders to dispose of shares in its unit Fiamma Holdings Berhad for RM24.4 million (S$8.1 million).
China Environment Ltd
A FORMER executive chairman of China Environment Ltd and his family have been prohibited by the Singapore High Court from dealing with company assets worth up to US$7 million. The company said it was granted on Dec 4 an application for the Worldwide Mareva Injunction Order against Huang Min, his wife and his two daughters. Last September, China Environment said there were discrepancies in the findings of a Chinese legal firm appointed by the company to investigate the existence of trade receivables due from Anhui Shengyun Mechanical Co Ltd and Nanning Youji Technology Co Ltd.

AUSTRALIAN miner Alliance Mineral Assets said it was made aware that a writ of seizure and sale dated Nov 23, 2017 has been issued by Singapore's High Court. Some 40 million Alliance Mineral shares belonging to substantial shareholder Living Waters Mining Australia were seized.
Blumont Group
BLUMONT Group has appointed three individuals to its management and board, including the redesignation of its interim chief executive officer Siaw Lu Howe to a permanent role. Lee Boon Teck and Kek Wei Na were named Blumont's chief operating officer and chief financial officer respectively.
