Tat Hong Holdings
TAT Hong Holdings said on Wednesday it has submitted an application for the proposed listing on the Taiwan Stock Exchange relating to the spin-off of part or all of its tower crane rental business in China. The spin-off will be via the listing of shares in Tat Hong Equipment Service Co. It added the company is consulting Singapore Exchange on whether the proposed listing would be considered a chain listing.
