THE Singapore Exchange has approved Gaylin's application to defer the listed company's minimum trading price review, taking into consideration its proposed share placement to a private equity fund to raise about S$68 million of proceeds. Gaylin said that its MTP review has now been pushed back to June 1, 2018 from Dec 1, 2017.

Ley Choon

LEY Choon Group Holdings has won a new contract worth S$19.6 million from the Public Utilities Board for the replacement of water mains. The contract involves the supply and laying of steel potable water pipelines.

TA Corp

TA Corp's subsidiary Tiong Aik Construction has won a contract worth S$180 million from JTC Corporation for a building development project. The contract period is for 28 months and work is scheduled to start by Dec 26.

Oxley Holdings

OXLEY Holdings has exercised options to purchase all eight units of the Apartment 8 freehold development in Potong Pasir for S$21.53 million in total.

Noble Group

NOBLE Group has completed the sale of MR Coal Marketing and Trading, a unit dealing in coal sales, for a cash consideration of US$34.5 million to an unnamed buyer. The sale, made by Noble unit Noble Americas Emerald Corp, was undertaken after the buyer had exercised a call option.
