Union Gas

UNION Gas Holdings has entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Semgas Supply to acquire the latter's retail distribution business of bottled liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders and sale of LPG-related accessories to domestic households in Singapore. Union Gas plans to grow its distribution network and customer base further with the acquisition.

SATS Ltd

SATS, in a joint bid with Cargo Service Center India (CSC), has won a cargo handling concession contract in Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport in Mumbai, India. The concession will start in April 2018 and run for 18 years. SATS has a 49 per cent stake in CSC's subsidiary, Mumbai Cargo Service Center Airport, which will be responsible for operating the concession.

Keppel Reit

KEPPEL Land's chief Ang Wee Gee is leaving the Keppel Group to "pursue other interests". He will also step down from his position as a non-independent non-executive director of the manager of Keppel Reit. Mr Ang joined Keppel Land in 1991 and was appointed CEO on Jan 1, 2013.

Kencana Agri

PLANTATION company Kencana Agri on Friday said that as part of succession planning for the company, Henry Maknawi will resign as CEO with effect from Jan 1, 2018, although he will remain as executive chairman and a member of the nominating committee. His son Albert Maknawi will be appointed as CEO with effect from the same date.

Mr Henry Maknawi's sister Ratna Maknawi will also be redesignated from deputy CEO to executive vice-chairman.
