SPDR Straits Times Index ETF
THE manager of the SPDR Straits Times Index ETF has announced a dividend distribution of 5.3 Singapore cents per unit.
This dividend distribution comprises 4.9 Singapore cents per unit made out of Singapore one-tier dividend and other exempt income, and 0.4 Singapore cent per unit made out of income taxable at trustee level.
The distribution is payable on Feb 20.
Tuan Sing Holdings
FOURTH-quarter earnings at Tuan Sing Holdings rocketed 298 per cent to S$49.8 million, boosted by a fair value gain of S$44.5 million on investment properties.
This was even as revenue eased 4 per cent to S$98 million.
For the full year to Dec 31, net profit jumped 87 per cent to S$62.7 million and revenue fell 11 per cent to S$357.9 million.
Tuan Sing has proposed a first and final dividend of 0.6 Singapore cent per share for the year, unchanged from previously.
