Pacific Andes and China Fishery
PACIFIC Andes Resources Development and its subsidiary, China Fishery Group, have been notified by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and white-collar crime buster Commercial Affairs Department that they are investigating an offence under the Securities and Futures Act. In an announcement late on Thursday night, the group said that the notices dated Aug 18 require the group to provide to both government agencies certain information and documents for the period from Oct 1, 2011 to the present "relating to the company and its subsidiaries and information and relevant documents in relation to dealings with certain third parties (who are not interested persons), one of whom is the group's trading party".
Both agencies have also asked for information on Hong Kong-listed Pacific Andes International Holdings.
