MAINBOARD-listed CSE Global has provided Quarz with a "clear dividend guidance" of S$0.0275 per share for 2018 in a March 5 meeting, according to a letter by the activist fund Quarz dated March 7. This could amount to "a potential attractive dividend yield of 7.4 per cent."

The meeting between Quarz and the process control and communications network system integrator came after an open letter published Feb 26 by Quarz, calling for higher dividends and "cash discipline" among other things.
