Accordia Golf Trust

JAPAN-based Accordia Golf Trust's fourth-quarter distribution per unit fell by 62 per cent from the previous year to 0.45 yen (0.56 Singapore cent), according to results released on Monday.

The manager blamed the impact of bad weather. Operating income for the three months to March 31 slid by 3.6 per cent to 9.56 billion yen, while net loss widened by 1.3 per cent to 2.88 billion yen with operating costs fuelled by higher impairment losses.
