Mapletree Logistics Trust and Mapletree Industrial Trust

MAPLETREE Industrial Trust is acquiring 7 Tai Seng Drive from Mapletree Logistics Trust for S$68 million, with the proposed deal expected to complete by June 2018.

PRECISION engineering group Shanghai Turbo will hold an extraordinary general meeting on July 24 to remove all incumbent board members and appoint Lin Chuanjun, Zhang Wen Jun and Koh Wee Kiang as directors.

ADVANCE SCT will be taken off the Singapore Exchange's watch list from June 18. The supplier of copper-related products was put on the watch-list in March 2015 and applied to exit on March 2, 2018, based on results for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2017. The firm said on Thursday that it had received in-principle approval from SGX for its application.

Sembcorp Industries

SEMBCORP Industries is taking over a 40-megawatt grid-tied rooftop solar power project currently under construction in Singapore. As part of the deal, Sembcorp has acquired 100 per cent of the equity interest in the project development company, MSOA. Sembcorp's total investment in the project is estimated at S$55 million.
