China Great Land Holdings

The listed company has failed to acquire a viable business ahead of June 30, a deadline stipulated by the Singapore Exchange (SGX). Reiterated a warning issued with a series of SGX queries in April, China Great Land said this could result in a trading suspension for its shares.

It also said that two non-binding memoranda of understanding relating to its proposed acquisition of equity stakes in Joule Air and Newton Stokes have lapsed. It added that it has not acquired or agreed to acquire any new business that will allow it to satisfy an SGX listing rule.
