Aspen (Group) Holdings
THE property developer's subsidiaries have received a writ of summons from units of IBM in Malaysia claiming RM7.7 million (S$2.6 million) for development services related to cloud technology and intelligent features, according to a filing with the exchange on Thursday during the mid-day trading break.
The company is disputing the claims, which were filed with the High Court of Malaya in Penang, and plans to file a counterclaim.
