THE management of SPH's real estate investment trust, SPH Reit, on Wednesday said that it has appointed Hoo Sheau Farn as an independent non-executive director to its board. The appointment took effect on Wednesday. Ms Hoo, 52, is a partner at Allen & Gledhill.
