Epicentre Holdings

EPICENTRE Holdings has entered into a term sheet with TNT Sinvestment Fund SPC for a S$20 million loan facility, with an option exercisable at the sole discretion of the lender to increase the amount to S$30 million.

TNT Sinvestment Fund SPC will provide the loan facility for five years from the signing of the agreement. It will be used for working capital, investments including projects in relation to the proposed acquisition by Epicentre of MacroCap Asia Capital Ltd and Gloria International Hotels Limited, and the growth of the group's business.
