Keppel Infrastructure Trust
THE dispute between Keppel Infrastructure Trust's Basslink unit and a business owned by the Australian state of Tasmania has gone into arbitration, the company and the trust manager said in separate statements on Monday. (see amendment note)
The manager warned last month that it risked a project financing default if lenders do not consent to Basslink issuing a notice of dispute. It has now said that a related entity is still working to get that consent.
